Our Dutch Sweet Homes are located along the North Sea coast in North Holland, in and around Bergen and Schoorl. A beloved region where sea, dunes and forest meet and where nature sets the pace.

The area is full of character and lies close to Alkmaar, the tulip region, and is easily accessible from Amsterdam, while still offering a sense of calm and space. Long beaches, quiet dune paths, expansive forests and charming villages with lovely places to eat and explore are all within reach.

For our guests, we offer a personal web app containing all local tips, including restaurants, experiences and carefully curated cycling and walking routes, making your stay effortless and inspiring.

Dutch Sweet Home continues to grow. In 2026, we will further expand our portfolio with new homes in locations where calm, quality and a true sense of home come together.
