What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in and check-out times vary per home. You will always find the exact times clearly stated on the home page and in the information you receive prior to your stay.
Can I check in earlier or check out later?
Can I check in earlier or check out later?
In some cases, early check-in or late check-out is possible, depending on availability and the planning around your stay.
When available, you can add an early check-in (from 1:00 PM) or late check-out (until 1:00 PM) to your reservation for an additional fee.
If you do not see this option in your reservation, it is unfortunately not possible on that specific day.
If you would like to check in significantly earlier or check out later than the times mentioned above, we may be able to look at the possibilities for you upon request and for an additional fee. Please feel free to contact us to discuss the options.
Is bed linen included in my stay?
Is bed linen included in my stay?
Yes. Bed linen is included in the price.
The beds are made with care and attention before your arrival, so you can relax as soon as you arrive.
Are towels included?
Are towels included?
Towels are not included by default, but can easily be added to your reservation.
If you choose this option, we will ensure that the towels are ready for you in the home upon arrival.
How do check-in and check-out work?
How do check-in and check-out work?
We work with self check-in via a key safe.
A few days before arrival, you will receive the code for the key safe by email.
The key is stored inside the safe, allowing you to access the home after the stated check-in time.
A detailed explanation can be found in the DSH web app.
Upon departure, please place the key back into the key safe using the same code.
This ensures a smooth and relaxed check-out, without time pressure.

Is tourist tax included in the price?
Yes. Tourist tax is included in the all-in price of your stay and is paid to the municipality on your behalf.

This varies per home. Please check the home’s page to see whether pets are welcome.

Our homes are located in carefully selected areas, often surrounded by nature or in places where calm and surroundings come together. The exact location and description can be found on each home’s page.

Each area has its own character, nature and activities. On the listing page of each home, you’ll find information about the surroundings and what to expect during your stay.
Tips for restaurants, outings and local highlights can be found in the guestbook in the home. We also share this information in the DSH web app, allowing you to explore and plan ahead even before your stay begins.

Some homes are available as shoot or work locations. Please always contact us in advance so we can discuss the possibilities together.
Can I rent bicycles during my stay?
Can I rent bicycles during my stay?
This varies per location. Near our homes, there are often reception desks or local rental companies where bicycles and e-bikes can be rented.
In the DSH web app, under the home you have booked, you’ll find all practical information, including which rental company to contact for bicycle hire.
We recommend reserving bicycles, especially e-bikes, in advance during the high season, due to limited availability.

Cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy that applies to your reservation. You can find these details in your confirmation email and in My account.
