Welcome to The Kingfisher, a stylish and comfortable bungalow for 5 guests, set in a green and peaceful area close to the beach, dunes and countryside.
The house is ground-floor and features a fenced garden, a cosy wood stove and a fully equipped kitchen. It is ideal for families and dog lovers who want to relax, enjoy nature and spend quality time together.

Layout

Through the garden gate you step directly into the spacious, sunny garden. On your right is the terrace with a lounge set, perfect for relaxing in the afternoon sun. Straight ahead is the entrance to the house.

Inside awaits a warm, bright living area with a comfortable sitting area, dining space and modern open kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, induction hob, refrigerator, Dolce Gusto and filter coffee machine (including a complimentary coffee and tea package), sandwich maker and kettle. Everything you need to cook with ease and enjoyment is provided.

The dining area with a built-in bench connects to the living room, where a comfortable sofa and pouf invite you to relax. Large windows and French doors fill the room with light and offer a lovely view of the garden.
On cooler days, the wood stove creates a cosy atmosphere, perfect for playing games or watching a movie on the smart TV.

Bedrooms

The Kingfisher offers three charming bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: Bunk bed suitable for three people (three single beds stacked)
• Bedroom 2: Cosy room with small double bed (100 × 200 cm)
• Bedroom 3: Master bedroom with comfortable double bed (140 × 200 cm)

All beds are made with hotel-quality linen for a restful night’s sleep. Towels are provided.

Garden and outdoor living

The fenced south-west facing garden is a wonderful place to enjoy the sun.
The lounge set and hanging chair invite you to relax while your dog can safely roam free.
The area is perfect for walks. The beach, dunes and forest are just a short distance away, as well as the villages of Schoorl, Petten and Bergen.
